Problem 1: Automatic door is not working

Failure Signs :
If you see one /some or all of following signs refer to    

  • Digital key is off
  • The control unit LED light is off
  • Sensor does not activate and light remain off
Check : If : Then :
Check the connection to the power Not connected Connect the operator to the power
Check the circuit breaker and the fuse The Circuit breaker has tripped or fuse is blown. Push the circuit breaker into the position and replace the fuse
Check the on-off-hold open switch and the on-off switch The switch is in off position Place the switch in “on” position

If the problem still remains, then:

Test : pre-solution : Solution :
Check the sound of receiver relay to see if it be heard by pressing the remote control button Check the control box as below:
  • Remote control inlet.
  • Battery charger socket.
  • The commanding wiring.
Fix the failed connections
The leaves are out of their rail grooves and do not give access to the inside of the building Ask for owner’s permission
  • Break floor guide
  • Slide fixed leaf
  • Release counter rollers and place
  • moving leaves in position
  • Replace floor guide
  • Do the learning process again
The leaves are in the right rail grooves but you cannot move them.
You also have access to the operator
Check the lock
  • Take out the lock’s steel shaft
  • Use the remote control
  • Set the door to full open mode
  • Set the door to automatic mode
After activating the lock, the door can be opened by hand The lock is faulty
After activating the lock, the door cannot be opened by hand Power off the control unit and the battery:

  • The door cannot be opened by hand: control box failure is the most likely cause but check the motor as well.
  • Plug off the motor socket and if the door still cannot be moved by hand then the motor failure is the most likely cause.

1.2-Door is open but could not slide
Failure Signs :
If you see one /some or all of following signs refer to    

  • The LED light on the activation sensor is always on.
  • The LED light on the safety sensor is always on.
  • None of the sensors are activated.
  • Digital key is off.
  • The control unit LED is off.
  • Sensor does not activate and light remain off.
Check : If : Then :
Check for any moving object in front of the door. The sensor detects the object. Remove the object and calibrate the sensor based on the guideline.
Check the connection to the power. Not connected Connect the operator to the power source.
Check the circuit breaker and the fuse. Circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown. Push the circuit breaker into on position and replace fuse.
Check the on-off-hold open switch and the on-off switch. The switch is in off position. Place the switch in “on” position.
If the problem still remains, then:

Power is on and operator is connected. The leaves can be moved by hand.
  • Use the remote control.
  • Set the door mode to full open.
  • Set the door mode to automatic.
  • Reset factory.
  • Do the learning process again.

1.2-Door is open but could not slide
Failure Signs : Check : If : Then :
Moves with an unusual sound Timing Belt Timing belt is dry and dirty Change the timing belt.
Rollers The rollers are dry and dirty Clean the rail path and the rollers.
Motor Encoder blade Open encoder cap and if the blade is bended or corrupted, then
replace encoder.
Motor is burned oute Replace with new motor.
Gearbox Gearbox in dry workplace Replace with new motor.
Idler Pulley Pulley’s teeth edge is eroded Loosening and fastening the timing belt is a temporary solution.
Replace the pulley with a new one.
Motor Pulley The motor pulley is loosen in its place Use an appropriate Loctite to stick the pulley.
Floor Guide Moving leaf if it’s not installed properly Adjust the door again.
Floor guide if it’s not installed properly Set up the floor guide in the line of the moving leaf motion.
Fixed leaf Free space between the rail and fixed leaf Make sure that some of the weight of the operator is on the fixed
leaf, you can use Teflon to fill the gap.
Cover Check inside and outside cover installation Reinstall the cover if it needed.
Moving leaf Front rubber Reinstall it.
If worn out then replace with new one.
Leaf structure Fasten the loosening bolts and screws.
Friction between moving and fixed leaves Adjust moving leaf or leaves again
Has a vibrating movement Motor Motor does not work properly Replace with new motor.
Moving leaf Leaf’s structure Fasten the loosen bolts and screws.
Do not close completely Hanger and lock Hanger and lock position Adjust the hangers and lock.
Moving leaf is not hung
